  • Business Development Consultant

    As a Regional Consultant, you will rely on your knowledge and information about your specialized industry along with your network of contacts and research, to identify and secure potential clients within the assigned industry sectors. You will actively promote HR Partners’ services to potential clients, and seek to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their talent needs. You are required to inculcate a strong sense of belonging and teamwork amongst fellow colleagues, collaborate strongly with Project Consultants to bring about consistent high team performance.

    Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, semiconductor, electronics, automation or engineering related industries. Besides strong client service orientation, you should possess good interpersonal, analytical and language skills. A positive mindset and persevering spirit is an important advantage. A good basic degree from a recognized university is also required.

  • Project Consultant

    As a Regional Consultant, you will rely on your knowledge and information about your specialized industry along with your network of contacts and research, to identify talents for our clients. You will need to establish strong relationships between our clients and the candidates to ensure professional and committed service delivery.

    Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, semiconductor, electronics, automation or engineering related industries. Besides strong client service orientation, you should possess good interpersonal, analytical and language skills. A positive mindset and persevering spirit is an important advantage. A good basic degree from a recognized university is also required.

  • Researcher

    Work closely with Consultants to research and identify different tiered companies (Tier 1, 2, etc.) as poaching grounds for various assignments before and after Terms of Service

    Align with Consultants on the specific functions and job levels of positions worked on

    Identify suitable candidates systematically from the tiered companies using cold calling, networking, database or other methodologies

    Ensure alignment of search direction at all times with the Consultants

    Develop to become expert of specific industries

    Suggest possible search methodologies (tiered companies/functions) and provide inputs to the Consultants in a proactive manner

    Familiarize with the use of FileFinder, and work towards becoming the FileFinder expert

    Organize, and ensure integrity of all candidates' and companies' data

    Initiate improvements on the processes used in FileFinder when opportunities arise

    Input of candidate information from various sources into FileFinder

    Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned

  • Tele-Marketeer

    Work closely with Consultants to research on, identify and approach companies from assigned industries that are aligned to HR Partners’ business nature

    Network, link up and target at decision makers/stakeholders at senior management level and create business meeting opportunities

    Prepare relevant and accurate information/material to support Consultants in their business meetings. Such information/material could be research information of the potential client, relevant sample report for the related industry, etc.

    Track business meetings, follow up actions, and work with Consultants to monitor and follow up with clients on their recruitment roadmap and support Consultants on identifying sales leads

    Maintain regular contacts and calls with customers and follow up closely on possible potential business opportunities

    Organize and update potential client data/information in FileFinder

    Monitor industry movement via continuous online research, network, or through newsletter subscriptions, etc.

    Support in mass communication or marketing of HR Partners services by participating in various customer oriented activities

    Support Consultants in business meetings when required

    Organize, and ensure integrity of all clients’ data

    Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned
